Location: Waukesha, WI

Reports to: Materials Supervisor

As a Cycle Counter at Terex Utilities, based in Waukesha, WI, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Verifies inventory levels by physically counting parts, material, equipment or supplies in stock. Compares calculated totals with database.
  • Analyze discrepancies for "root cause."
  • Prepares reconciliation reports such as count sheets, work in process, claims, received, etc.
  • Locates missing items.
  • Responsive to audit processing by supplying data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Computer operation and print interpretation experience
  • Warehouse storage knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Specialized knowledge equivalent to 1-3 years manufacturing related practices including ASI experience.
  • Understand and demonstrate computer input/receive information
  • Ability to run a forklift and similar equipment
  • Ability to use a computer, telephone, camera, copier, printer, and all standard department office equipment

Physical Requirements of the job are classified as medium to heavy defined as:

  • Exerting 20 to 100 pounds of force occasionally (0-2.5 hrs./day)
  • 25 to 40 pounds of force frequently (2.5-5.5 hrs./day)
  • 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly (5.5+ hrs. /day) to move objects.
  • 75% of day will be on feet (walking)
  • May repetitively climb up to and down steps on different size ladders

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $27-$33/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
