Description RTX Corporation HR and Payroll Technology team is looking for a long term business analyst to support various projects between IT HR to support the lines of businesses relating to an enhancement, implementation, debug, or migration . This contract will be a year to start, with a very high likelihood to extend up to a maximum of 3 years. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post-production support. Document processes, workflows, and system requirements. Facilitate meetings and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Oversee the build schedules and make sure the SLAs are being followed. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and project implementations. Keep track of the system flow and the build meets the requirements. Review Feature Request and Defect JIRAs to for completeness and consistency. Meet with Business / DT to outline current status, successes, challenges, risks and issues Work with QA Teams on testing phases. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure quality delivery. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.
