The Quality Intern is "hosted" by the Quality Department at one of our manufacturing/distribution facilities, research and technical centers, or headquarters.The identified candidate will start this internship in May of 2026 at our John Morikis Technology Center in Brecksville, Ohio. Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Quality Manager with: Assigned tasks and work on continuous improvement projects that will allow them to learn about the many different areas within the Quality function including: Becoming familiar with all Quality systems, tools, processes, metrics, and standards Completing the 3 Training Programs Microbial Control Program Institutional Test Methods Minitab & Basic Statistics training Becoming familiar with the New Product Launch/Pipeline Process including: Ship to Hold Audit Test Batches Institutional Calibration Methods Calibration database. Minimum Requirements Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 Must have at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point Preferred Qualifications Completing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related science majors Have previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams. Have previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field Have previous internship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. Be a rising or current junior or senior in college or university at the start of the internship program
