What this job involves

The Inspection Program Manager is a key contributor within the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence, responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving inspection programs across a diverse office real estate portfolio. This role ensures inspections are executed with precision, compliance, and consistency by leveraging CMMS platforms, business intelligence tools, and cross-functional partnerships to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction while supporting capital planning and remediation initiatives.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Govern execution of periodic interior and exterior site inspections across all office locations and audit outputs for quality and compliance
  • Develop and maintain inspection protocols, SOPs, training materials, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency
  • Manage inspection scheduling workflows and dispatch work orders via Corrigo or equivalent CMMS platforms
  • Analyze inspection data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for corrective action or capital planning initiatives
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize inspection performance and overall portfolio health
  • Develop and maintain capital project plans leveraging inspection outputs and support scope/cost development for remediation projects
  • Serve as single point of contact for program questions, escalations, and implement resolution protocols for critical findings

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing facility inspection programs or condition assessments
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and facilities operations
  • Experience with building systems, commercial real estate standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in data governance, reporting, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with expense/capital planning and project scope development
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Integrated Facility Management or Center of Excellence environments
  • Knowledge of facility management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in large-scale real estate portfolios
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance and capital improvement processes
  • Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of escalation and resolution protocols for facility management issues
  • Understanding of stakeholder management across diverse client requirements

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
