How you will make history here...

Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager - Packaging, this position is responsible for serving as Campbell's Packaging Procurement Sourcing Center of Excellence, managing Campbell's Sourcing Process and applying best in class analytics capabilities across all Packaging RFx activities.

What you will do...

The Analyst will also provide a wide range of analytical support across the entire Campbell Packaging portfolio such as spend and market analysis, and support buyers in the development of category strategies. The role requires solid business acumen in addition to strong analytical, project management and interpersonal skills as it interacts with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Legal).

Responsible for managing sourcing calendar and RFx pipeline of events from start to finish using e-Sourcing tools and excel based analytics

  • Partner with Category Managers to provide category strategy support, including spend analysis, risk management/ mitigation, market research, category analysis, and sourcing event recommendations.
  • Performs data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for supplier and category consolidation and cost-saving opportunities, and is able to translate data into a meaningful output for stakeholder review and decision.
  • Supports the development and reporting of departmental key performance indicators related to strategic sourcing.

What you bring to the table...

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ months of experience

It would be great to have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong scenario planning and building analysis that help influence key decisions.
  • Strong communication, project management and presentation skills.
  • Skillful in decision making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Naturally curious, a self-starter, analytical, and results-oriented.
