job purpose

The Portfolio Strategy & Insights Analyst will be a key member of the Portfolio Strategy & Insights team. This role will primarily support the fairlife ultra-filtered milk brand and allows for well-rounded development of analytical and primary research skills. The ideal candidate in this role is a critical thinker and great problem solver with a thirst for curiosity. He/she should also have strong storytelling skills that can synthesize complex topics into a simple message for cross-functional partners. Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Own foundational performance deliverables for the portfolio, including data trackers, slides, and presentations throughout the organization.

* Lead custom research projects (e.g., creative testing, product and package testing) for fairlife ultra-filtered milk products and portfolio initiatives while being the primary support for the 14oz business.

* Evaluate business performance by integrating and interpreting diverse data sources, including sales metrics, primary research, and secondary insights.

* Assist with 2026 planning needs, such as hosting learning plan and budget discussions.

* Manage department data training and onboarding on behalf of Portfolio Strategy & Insights team.

skills/qualifications required

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Marketing and/or Marketing Research, preferred

* 0-3 years of experience in the CPG industry or in a related analytical field

* Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills

* Experience in Excel and PPT preferred

* Experience in POS (Nielsen/IRI) or Consumer Panel data a plus.

* Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

reports to: Senior Manager, Consumer & Category Insights

Base pay range:
$70,000 $85,000 USD
