Overview

The Graphic Designer translates creative concepts into polished, professional deliverables that strengthen Parkhill's presence across campaigns, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Creative Director / Visual Design, this role balances creativity with efficiency to produce designs that consistently reflect Parkhill's high standards. This is a full time exempt position paid on a hourly basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.



Responsibilities

    Design visuals for external campaigns, event materials, and internal communications aligned with Parkhill's brand.
  • Provide design support for major pursuits when requested, ensuring proposals reflect Parkhill's high design standards.
  • Support quick-turn graphics (social media, ads, invitations) without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and broader marketing team in brainstorms and design reviews.
  • Contribute to keeping Parkhill's creative outputs fresh and competitive by staying current with trends.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-6 years of professional design experience; AEC/professional services background helpful but not required.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing range across print, digital, and campaign/event design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented, fast, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
