Scope:

  • The Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant at the Shared Services Center (SSC) will support the various Finance Departments. The core duties revolve around assisting the Accounts Payable department and other business needs, and job duties can vary widely from day to day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sort, scan, and file all incoming documents received in the mail for distribution to the proper personnel
  • Access supplier portals daily and pull utility and freight invoices for distribution to manufacturing sites
  • Management of Customer Service Email Account for Accounts Payable department, including the distribution of invoices, managing vendor expectations and researching payment status inquiries.
  • Completing phone verifications of banking information for vendors requiring electronic payments
  • Handling weekly payment runs for all North America TTM divisions, including printing, organizing, and mailing checks.
  • Perform all document retention processes for the non-Oracle sites
  • Support audit requests by providing required documentation
  • Other admin items as required

Education and Experience:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Associate's degree preferred

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of accounts payable/administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working within manufacturing and/or finance #LI-EC1

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Reinforce to all employees the commitment of TTM management to abide by all US Export laws and regulations. c) Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL). d) Support Export Compliance Officers and others in their efforts to ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures, provide training to all facilities and departments and support periodic audits as required. e) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
