Job Title: Methods Process Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location: Everett, WA, and Kent, WA (Must be flexible to work both sites for business needs) Shifts: 1st (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) Summary: The Propulsion Systems Industrial Engineering team is seeking a Methods Process Analyst to join our team located in Everett, WA, and Kent, WA. Our Methods Process Analyst contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player. Required Skills: * Bachelor's degree or higher. * Exposure and/or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment. * Experience performing work observations and time studies. Preferred Skills: * Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills. * 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles. * Experience developing and deploying standard processes. | |
