Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are currently seeking an experienced Staffing Assistant to work within housing nursing department. This role will also work as a Receptionist in the care center for a blended full-time position.

This blended position will work from 8:00 am. - 4:00 p.m. as a Staffing Coordinator (six days per two-week pay period) and as a Receptionist from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. This schedule does include some days working both positions. The position will be required to work every other weekend as a Receptionist from 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

The Assisted Living Staffing Coordinator is responsible for:



  • Performs a variety of essential functions and supportive duties throughout the facility
  • Coordination of staff schedules and duties
  • Approval of timecards for department
  • Responsible for organization of information flow by maintaining and enhancing communication
  • Maintaining the medical record - contents and order
  • Supply ordering
  • Chart audits
  • Assist with resident billing of services


The Receptionist is responsible for:



  • Greeting all visitors
  • Answering a multi-line phone system and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Use of paging systems
  • Assists with miscellaneous clerical duties with various departments as needed.

Pay Range: $21.37 - $29.00/hour depending on experience as a Staffing Coordinator, and Pay Range: $16.87 - $22.89/hour depending on experience as a Receptionist.

Education
High School (required)
Experience
A minimum of two years' scheduling experience and/or unit secretary/administrative experience; schedulingexperience is preferred. (preferred)
