Shift:

The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6:00pm to 6:15am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, diagrams and assembly drawings.
*Interface with Engineering and Quality Assurance regarding assembly requirements, workmanship standards and customer product specifications.
*Conduct final assembly and functionality test, including mechanical brim assembly, mechanical burn-in using prober, electrical testing using flying prober, final inspections
*Align, fit, and assemble mechanical /electrical component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
*Analyze and record test results and prepare written testing documentation.
*Inspect mechanical and electrical parts and hardware in assemblies, using microscopes and other tools.
*Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
*While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time, walk and reach with hands and arms.
*Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds (Chest level).
*Approximately 90% of the work is performed in Clean room area (Class 10,000).

$23.25 - $30.50

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Baldwin Park, California pays between $23.25 and $30.50 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
