Desktop Support Administrator Onsite, Westlake, OH Technical Skill * IT Support * Printers * Computers * Imaging / Deployment * SCCM * Windows * Ticketing * Active Directory Description Our client was just acquired and now hiring a Desktop Support Administrator to join the team. In this role you will work in a team environment to assist internal corporate employees. You will take escalated calls and provide tier 2-3 support. Duties * Handle printers/MFDs and configure new computers. * Deploy devices to new users on both Windows and Mac assets. * Utilize ServiceNow as a ticketing system to support hardware and software issues. * Work within Office 365 and SCCM. * Some logistics work to ship new devices and receive old devices to meet hardware vendor deadline. * After deadline deploy devices to new users for a continuous refresh,. * Image and load applications to devices with little training. * Follow a checklist/instructions and identify applications that need to be added outside of the standard applications. * After desktops are deployed, package and ship the device. * Timely responses for incident tickets regarding Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware problems. * Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers * Maintain and repair computer equipment or peripheral devices. * Work in a team of 4 to resolve infrastructure issues. Qualifications * IT Education or certifications are nice to have, but not required. * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. * High school diploma is required. Start Date & Interviews * Interviews October 14-24 * Start Date: November 3 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
