Description Our client, a leading health insurance company, is looking to add Mail Production Specialists to their Farmington, MO team. 8am-4:30pm CST (40 hours/week with possible OT) Mailroom process Claims mails for enterprise departments Production based environment - Open sort and prepare incoming correspondence - Scan incoming correspondence - Record specified incoming documents - Appropriately file imaged claims appeals adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims - Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors Meet established department production and quality standards Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs Open, sort and prepare incoming documents Image incoming paper documents Maintain appropriate records, files and processing documentation Assist team members in other areas to align with business needs What makes this role interesting? Position Purpose: To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred. - Ability to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds - Mandatory overtime is required #priorityeast Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
