Encapsulation Operator - Join a Growing Nutritional Manufacturing Team!

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a key role in producing high-quality dietary supplements? We're looking for an Encapsulation Operator to join our fast-paced production team and help ensure every capsule we make meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Pay: $21/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate encapsulation equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality capsules.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report safety, quality, or machine concerns to supervisors.
  • Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning, and documentation per SOPs and batch records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist in training new operators.
  • Suggest process improvements and support overall production efficiency.




Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with encapsulation equipment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and encapsulation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy (GDP), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in using scales, calculators, and testing tools; fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Able to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
