Your Team, Your Impact

The NPI Execution Supply Chain team at Marvell plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely launch of new products. We tackle complex supply chain challenges and collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure that every new product has the right supply available at the right time.

As an NPI Planner, you will be at the heart of new product introductions, driving execution from initial launch to mass production. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep expertise in semiconductor supply chain operations, working closely with design, packaging, engineering, and external manufacturing partners. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in planning, analytics, and project coordination while contributing to real-world product launches.

What You Can Expect

  • Own and manage all supply chain deliverables for new product projects from prototype to production
  • Drive end-to-end BOM setup, release work orders, and track manufacturing progress to meet the qualification and sample milestones
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Packaging, Engineering, Quality, PM) to define and align supply chain requirements and schedules
  • Coordinate execution with external vendors including Foundries and OSATs to ensure timely material availability
  • Participate in team meetings, share updates, and help drive project milestones
  • Use tools like Oracle ERP and Marvell's internal dashboards to monitor supply readiness and project status
  • Lead planning meetings with global teams, ensuring smooth transitions from development to mass production
  • Analyze historical data and apply forecasting techniques to support planning decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and ERP systems (Oracle) preferred
  • Experience in project management and/or data analytics is highly desirable

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

50,200 - 75,200, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
