As a Security Professional Access Control Patrol Full-Time in Anaheim Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and managing access points. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for tenants and visitors. You will also provide outstanding customer service, respond to inquiries, and use technology such as computers or tablets to support daily operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related procedures at the location.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises, following site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Collaborate with property management and local authorities when necessary to address security-related matters.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required by site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
