Job Summary
The HR Business Partner I is responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring that HR practices align with the organization's goals and objectives. The position plays a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and in-depth HR expertise. Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or SHRM certification and years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Minimum Work Experience: 2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a similar role License(s) / Certification(s): SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Physical Requirements
