PAY RANGE

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

As a Facilities Logistics Coordinator at BECU, you'll be the driving force behind seamless operations that keep our spaces running smoothly and our teams empowered. You'll coordinate work orders, manage inventory, and partner with vendors-all while ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of functionality and care. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Champion Work Order Management: Own the tracking and coordination of work orders, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with internal customers.

• Optimize System Operations: Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage upgrades and enhancements to our work-order system, keeping it efficient and user-friendly.

• Coordinate Project Scheduling: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to schedule Facilities Operations projects, minimizing disruption and maximizing impact.

• Oversee Vendor Services: Manage outsourced service work, ensuring vendors meet expectations and align with BECU's standards.

• Facilitate Proposal Coordination: Ensure proposals are complete and accurate, and proactively source new vendors when needed to support project goals.

• Lead Preventive Maintenance: Keep our facilities in top shape by coordinating scheduled maintenance activities and ensuring protocols are followed.

• Conduct Site Assessments: Perform on-site evaluations to identify maintenance needs and contribute to improving assessment tools and checklists.

• Manage Inventory Systems: Maintain optimal supply levels and organize inventory across locations, including "attic stock" replenishment at branches.

• Support Engineering & Construction: Assist with branch deployments by coordinating vendors, acquiring supplies, and managing warranty support.

• Ensure Secure Access: Work with vendors and Physical Security to manage keys, access protocols, and inventory tracking in alignment with BECU's security standards.

• Contribute Beyond the Checklist: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, always with a focus on enhancing operations and supporting your team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates' degree in business administration or equivalent work or educational experience.

• Minimum two years of experience in an administrative or related facilities role.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Proficient organizational and project management skills.

• Knowledge and proficiency in basic PC (spreadsheet and word processing).

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, with bending and mobility to move large objects.

• Availability for on-call support during non-business hours.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Full-time availability, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Building Operating Management Association (BOMA) certification.

• Experience with inventory control or scheduling.

• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills.
