Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Assembly Worker to join a manufacturing team specializing in electrical transformers. If you're dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the job for you!

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Assemble electrical transformer components using hand and power tools
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Wear required PPE: steel-toed boots, cut sleeves, and eye protection
  • Use step stools or small ladders when needed
  • Meet production targets while ensuring consistent quality



Requirements:



  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
