Location: Hackensack, MN

Salary: $80,000 (depending on experience)

Experience: 3-5+ Years | Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Systems

Staffmark is seeking a NetSuite and ERP Systems Administrator to be the go-to technical expert for enterprise systems. You'll manage, customize, integrate, and support NetSuite (ERP) and RF-Smart (mobile data capture/WMS) across all facilities while leading key projects, data migrations, training, and interface development. This is an exciting, full-time opportunity to drive efficiency, optimize systems, and improve supply chain operations in a collaborative, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP modules: financials, procurement, inventory, order management, and more
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems (eCommerce platforms, shipping tools, CRM, PLCs)
  • Lead RF-Smart configuration, workflow customization, mobile interface setup, barcode scanning logic, and data capture rules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (bugs, data mismatches, and performance)
  • Manage NetSuite and RF-Smart upgrades, patches, and release cycles (testing and deployment)
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to define processes and implement system solutions
  • Oversee data migration, cleansing, and reporting initiatives
  • Document processes, deliver training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to users
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party modules, linking tools, or system enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, security, and compliance
  • Potentially supervise or mentor junior IT or systems staff



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly as an administrator, developer, or implementer
  • Experience with RF-Smart or comparable mobile/WMS systems
  • Strong scripting, integration, and API experience (SuiteScript, REST/SOAP, web services)
  • Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and system analysis
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams



Preferred / Bonus Skills



  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Developer, or similar)
  • Experience with advanced supply chain systems, automation, or robotics

  • ERP/WMS uptime, reliability, and data accuracy
  • Speed and quality of incident resolution and ticket management
  • Successful delivery of integration and enhancement projects on time and within budget
  • User adoption rates and satisfaction
  • Efficiency improvements in order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cycle times
