Are you a proven leader ready to oversee and optimize warehouse operations? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all distribution activities while fostering strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage warehouse managers and staff to achieve operational goals
  • Oversee inventory management, process optimization, and strategic planning
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Manage budgeting, vendor relations, and performance monitoring
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management systems, and process improvements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Six Sigma certification and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
