CNC Machinist

Staffmark is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a client located in Jersey Village, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience operating and adjusting CNC screw machines and mills.

Pay: $26/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Days)

What We're Looking For:

• Seeking a skilled operator who can run screw machines, make machine adjustments, and ensure quality output.
• Looking for someone experienced in on-machine programming and setup for CNC mills using MAZAK Smooth Control.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
• Set up machines and perform necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished components.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.
• Understand and edit G-code as needed.
• Monitor tool wear and make offsets when necessary.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Adhere to ISO standards and all company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
