| Job Summary: The OneStream Developer is responsible for designing, building and maintaining financial reporting and forecast planning systems to meet the needs of the firm's internal customers Job Duties: 
 
 
 Provide development support for the firm's corporate performance management (CPM) platform, which includes financial consolidation, planning, data quality, reporting, and analyticsConfigure financial systems based on user requirementsDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable customizations and system interfaces (ETL)Maintain financial data structuresDesign and modify financial reportsProvide ongoing support for firm's financial and reporting systemsWork with hosting provider to resolve system and performance issuesEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationDraft operational processes for maintaining financial systemsSimplify operational task to allow for administration by business users and/or members of the support team Investigate data discrepancies within the financial systemsFormulate basic strategies and proposals to outline action steps for accomplishing departmental and project goalsFacilitate meetings to discuss project requirements, as neededEducate members of the team on assigned work items and provides technical guidance Escalate critical issues to management and develops and implements strategies for timely resolutionDetermine accurate estimates for project workload and deadlinesAct as technical lead on small/medium IT projectsProvide on-call support, as neededOther duties as required

 High School diploma or GED, requiredBachelor's degree in a technology-related field, preferred
 
 Experience: 
 
 
 Three (3) or more years of development experience in IT industry including knowledge in financial systems, data warehousing, multi-dimensional databases, business Intelligence, and/or online analytical processing (OLAP) development, required Prior experience using SQL and VB.NET, requiredPrior experience using PowerShell, preferred Prior experience using Microsoft Azure, multi-server, multi-threading, web, and SQL technologies, preferredPrior experience using OneStream or hosted corporate performance management (CPM) system, preferred

 Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $120,000 - $145,000Maryland Range: $120,000 - $145,000
 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $120,000 - $145,000
