The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Technical 408 Pay Range: $116,000.00 - $174,100.00Job Description About the Team This team is the SME group for O365, Entra, Azure, Intune, and M365 products that students, faculty, and EdTech rely on. Any technology issues-whether migration, integration errors, or backend challenges-that cannot be resolved internally are escalated to vendors. You'll be part of the backbone that keeps WGU connected and collaborative. As a Senior Systems Engineer - Enterprise Collaboration, you will design, implement, and optimize WGU's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration and scalability across the institution. What You'll Do * Lead design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. What You'll Bring * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Points if You Have * Master's degree in a related field. Experience in Lieu of Education Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements at the hiring manager's discretion.
