Job Summary: The Director of Strategy - Federal Markets is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives across federal sectors, including supporting business development, client engagement, and market positioning. This role drives pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, and federal client relationship management. The Director will collaborate across business units to align federal pursuits with organizational goals, lead cross-functional teams, and represent the firm in key industry and government forums. This position plays a critical role in shaping the firm's federal market strategy and expanding its presence in targeted agencies and programs. While occasional travel may be required, the position will be based in one of our 3 primary North Carolina offices: Raleigh, Wilmington or Charlotte. Duties & Responsibilities:
