As a Security Officer - Unarmed Logistics Site in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and offering outstanding customer service to everyone onsite. You will use your attention to detail and strong communication skills to address concerns and provide support as needed. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents as per Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required for the logistics and distribution environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees, providing assistance as needed.
• Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations through visible presence and patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
