Description The DTRA I3TS program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable DTRA's Information Management & Technology Directorate (ITD) to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities to DTRA's internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Communications Specialist will be a member of the Customer Experience team and will develop high quality, accurate, and user-friendly communications for a large set of customers, stakeholders and leadership. In addition to traditional communications work, this role will involve desktop publishing and graphics design to create visually compelling materials. They will apply best practices in communications, organizational change management, and customer relationship management to enhance the migration experience for all users. The candidate will collaborate with customers, users, project managers, leadership and subject matter experts to obtain in-depth understanding of the technical content to successfully execute communications campaigns.
