Role Descriptions & Responsibilities As a Purchasing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include the following: * Operate or manage procurement operations of the Purchase to Pay activities in NAM for the both locations (especially PR checks, dispatch, supplier creation/modification, * Purchasing cards management) or sourcing activities (small contract negotiation and contract management support) or procurement data/tools. * Coordinate the NAM Purchase to Pay team in relation with Sourcing Director and Finance Regional representative. * Support the Purchase to Pay GBS leader to reach best practice. * Animate NAM procurement community * Implement procurement best practices * Ensure Internal client's satisfaction * Ensure process efficiency * Manage supplier needs and maintain SMD life cycle up to date (including deactivation campaign, process change, audit * Manage Integration / DSX / Workday entities in Americas * Manage & roll out NAM P2P & global project of the roadmap & continuous improvement either on Workday or Peoplesoft environment * Manage Tickets / requests from internal stakeholders * Perform analysis up on demand and to ensure business need * Ensure and manage KPIs related to Purchase to Pay stream (TAT, SLA, Post commitment, Days to Pay & Paid on time and all Cash metrics related, Compliance, ageing balance ....) based on target and launch with the team the appropriate actions Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree (Business or Supply Chain Operations is a plus) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal * Analytical with ability to draw conclusions and identify opportunities using multiple sources of data * Purchase to Pay exposure * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks while also executing independently as necessary * Proactive while exhibiting continuous improvement mindset; e.g. suggest process changes or simplifications * Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization especially in a global environment with other GEOs * Knowledge of purchasing tools such as (Workday, Oracle ERP tools, etc) * Experience working with international teams * Expert MS Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and ability to complete complex spend or data analysis upon which business decisions will be based; key skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Graphs/Charts * Presentation skills, especially when presenting to various levels of management Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
