Job Description
Kearney & Company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Integration Specialist Project Manager to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Resource Management System (SOCRMS) and associated financial applications. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- This role involves integrating financial data across systems, configuring enterprise software, managing data migration, and delivering technical support and training to ensure seamless execution of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.
- Data Integration & Standardization - Integrate and standardize financial data across internal and external systems to comply with the Standard Fiscal Information Structure (SFIS).
- Ensure compatibility with OSD Comptroller's Next Generation Resource Management System (NGRMS) and CAPE financial systems.
- Retrieve and integrate USSOCOM budget execution data from the OSD Advana Platform. Database & Data Warehouse Development
- Design, architect, and build databases and data warehouses to store and maintain PPBE data.
- Perform database administration, maintenance, and migration of POM and Budget data. Software Configuration
- Configure OneStream COTS Financial Planning and Analytics software for on-premises deployment.
- Align software workflows with USSOCOM PPBE processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years related experience as a project manager.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline, or 8 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Experience with DoD or USSOCOM PPBE process.
- Recent and relevant experience (2-3 years) with OneStream Commercial off the shelf Planning and Analytics implementation.
- Must possess a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SFIS, PPBE, and DoD financial systems
- Experience with data migration planning and execution
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills
- Familiarity with OSD Advana, NGRMS, and CAPE platforms
- TS clearance preferred

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
