Impact you will make


The Sr. Manager, Product Management will own product management and product strategy for the Patient Financial Assessment (PFA) product line. This role sets the vision and strategy for these products, plans, organizes, and drives the full product life cycle for these solutions and is responsible for effectively recruiting, retaining, and developing the team. This role works closely with other functional teams to drive growth that exceeds the market average, improve on market success and customer retention, and ensures timely and high-quality releases that deliver client value.



What you will do



  • Own product management for the PFA product line
  • Consolidate input from customers, competitors, customer support, implementations into market requirements
  • Translate market requirements into a product roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of product features
  • Facilitate and drive meetings with development teams to further flush out epics into more detailed functional and technical requirements; release planning; iterative sprint planning and iteration demo sessions
  • Define the product release overview and communicate to stakeholders
  • Understand product P&L and key drivers for increasing revenue and profitability
  • Analyze market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience as a Product Manager
  • Working experience with a healthcare data, an e-health or healthcare technology vendor or healthcare provider
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an Agile environment
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, understandable and professional manner and to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages and in a logical and concise manner
  • Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders, even at an executive level
  • Travel required: Minimal

  • Certifications in any/all of the following: Agile (CSPO), Product Management Certification (Pragmatic, Sirius)
