Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to join our Publisher Support Shared Services team in La Vergne, TN.

Business Operations Coordinator assists the business operations team by producing sales and operations reports, building presentations, providing and maintaining data for analysis, and helping measure progress towards company goals. Works cross-functionally with Sales, Distribution Center Operations, Client Relations, IT and other ICG departments to streamline processes and ensure timely and accurate data is available to support reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 1 year MS Excel experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Book industry experience or strong interest in books

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports showing performance across all brands, sales channels, and operations.
  • Provides routine support between the business and Distribution Center operations.
  • Assists the Operations Team with ad-hoc reporting and operational projects.
  • Provides input on procedural tasks and follows established guidelines to support process improvements.
  • Supports field-level testing and implementation of new processes within the Distribution Center.
  • Travels periodically to the Jackson, TN Distribution Center for on-site support, collaboration, and implementation.
  • Compiles data and shares summaries with team members and management.
  • Creates quarterly and monthly commission reports for international sales team.
  • Updates sales reporting and PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Receives discount change requests and submits for approval.
  • Compiles Rep Coding change requests and submits changes to internal system.
  • Processes international bindery drop shipments and special edition local prints billing.
  • Supports the vendor guide approval process by tracking documentation, coordinating meeting schedules, and following up with stakeholders.
  • Updates and maintains standard operating procedures and help documentation.

Hiring Salary Range:$21.74HR -$26.94HR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
