 Maintain cooker temperaturesDocument cleaning, sanitation, and wash outsMointor temperature charts and document operation changesMaintain Cooker oil levelsOperate Skip LoaderLoad Dead Stock to be sent to HanfordEnsure equipment is operating properly (Presses, Grinder, Cookers screws & augers, Bird, Haggar, PreBreaker, Clarifier, etc...)Ensure product is going into the proper tanks and binsEnsure that finished material coming from the Plant meets quality requirementsMust be familiar with basic boiler operationMust be familiar with the raw material off-loading procedures and communicate with driversMust become knowledgeable of CMPAF (Cattle Material Prohibited in Animal Feed) and APPi (AnimalProtein Producers Industry) Material Procedure and documentationMust be able to recognize potential hazards and contamination in the cooking operationKnowledge of safe work procedures including \"lock out tag out\" and \"confined space entry\"Cleaning of work areaInteract with others in a professional and ethical mannerFollow department and company proceduresKeep up regular attendance and punctuality; regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of this companyOther duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the business. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Professional Certifications, Education, Experience and Travel Requirements 
  high school diploma or equivalent Prior forklift experience preferred Previous experience in a production setting preferred Must be able to climb and not be afraid of heights Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 60 pounds Less than 5% travel requirement Physical Demands/Requirements: Constantly (over 2/3): 
 Move and transport materials up to 50-100 lbs with or without specialized lifting, moving and rigging equipmentMoves across wet/slippery and uneven surfacesMust be able to position self to perform duties around industrial equipment and materials that are hot or hazardous chemical materials Frequently (1/3-2/3): 
 Exposed to work in outdoor weather conditionsAscends/descends heights while maintaining balanceUtilizes tools and equipmentRemains in a seated position while using multilimb coordination to operate forklift or other mechanical equipment Occasionally (under 1/3):
