Primary Responsibilities:

  • Internal client facing role. End to end owner and responsibility for client data file requests
  • Leads data mapping exercises and data file requirement gathering sessions with clients and vendors
  • Defines methodology and analytic approach as required for end-to-end data file requests
  • Assesses and interprets client needs and requirements
  • Performs ad-hoc data analysis, root cause analysis and reporting as required by implementation needs and prepares data for downstream use
  • Writes and maintains detailed documentation including expected outcomes, validation methodology/processes, test results, recommendations, version control, and configuration design related to external data file requirements
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure data file requirements scheduling, data file intake, and quality of data based on requirements
  • Serves as a resource to others
  • Effectively communicates technical and statistical findings with fellow team members and clients
  • Acts as a technical business liaison that possesses excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complicated technical information to non-technical audiences effectively
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and present solutions for process excellence. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Promptly responds to service failures, resolves issues, and escalates concerns as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in analytics, or a comparable data engineering role, using business intelligence tools, techniques, and technology
  • 2+ years of experience in core organization skills regarding requirements management
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, pivot charts, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, formulas)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Core project management including gathering requirements, estimating, planning, delivering and prioritizing multiple initiatives

  • Experience executing and delivering within the confines and timeframes provided

  • Working knowledge of standard business applications, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Word), and SharePoint

  • Experience with data onboarding and/or implementation

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (complex joins, nested subqueries, aggregation, partitions, functions, pivots, and unions)

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodology

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
