Multiple full time (36 hours per week) positions: 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., every other weekend 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., every third weekend 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m, every other weekend 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. & 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., every weekend 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., every other weekend 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., every third weekend Multiple part time (20-24 hours per week) positions: 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., every third weekend 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., every other weekend 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., every other weekend 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., every third weekend About Rehab and Nursing Center-Kentridge We are located on a 10-acre campus. Our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to provide opportunities for improving independence, strength, and confidence. Two main floor courtyards provide outdoor space for rest and renewal. Most patient rooms are private, and have an attached bathroom and shower, television with cable, phone, and a large window. Each unit has a large and accessible living and dining space, and a menu-based meal service is provided. Scope of work Registered Nurse (RN) Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Informs patients and families about treatments and medications being received, equipment being utilized, and other related activities as appropriate, in coordination with the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician. Documents care provided via computer/written patient record in a manner consistent with guidelines. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Required
