Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Engage staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes; manage resources for staff participation in improvement work activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Healthcare Administration or related field Required Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred Work Experience 10 years of progressively responsible facilities design, project management or leadership experience; including oversight of multiple facilities locations Required 15 years of experience, leading large teams Preferred Complex hospital experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed architect in WI and IL Preferred Our Commitment to Social Impact and Belonging UW Health is committed to fostering a workplace that creates belonging for everyone and is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
