Job Summary
Contributes to the delivery, and maintenance of core corporate programs across Corewell Health. The Specialist Sr works closely with the Manager, Lead Facilitator and multiple stakeholders to ensure programs are appropriately structured to satisfy a broad range of participant profiles and organizational development requirements. The Specialist Sr builds strong relationships with regional/functional participants and external partners.
Essential Functions
  • Collaborates with corporate initiative and HR stakeholders to implement programs and experiences at scale.
  • Collaborates with Learning colleagues to assess, recommend, plan, deploy and iterate subject matter and design elements.
  • Understands readiness targets and Corewell Health requirements to ensure all learning objectives are met and outcomes documented. Assesses programs and processes for alignment with Corewell Health strategic objectives.
  • Recognizes and drives continuous process improvements in assigned program content and processes. Understands and executes based on meaningful learning impact data.
  • Partners with developers and other internal facilitators to deliver standard material to an audience through directive teaching methods.
  • Provides support to various levels of business leaders on program specific learning/leadership development strategy.
  • Receives direction from Learning Program - Lead and escalates non-routine questions to the people leader (of the Specialist).
  • Confidently facilitates and leads training and learning courses and programs as assigned, may cover a wide range of topics, audiences, skill building and competencies.
  • Requires the ability to deliver experiential learning programs and courses onsite at regional training locations throughout Michigan.
Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare or related field
  • Preferred Specific programs may require clinical degrees, industry certification or vendor certification upon hire
  • 5 years of relevant experience Learner-centered and experiential facilitation or equivalent learning and development facilitation experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience education. Required
  • 2 years of relevant experience Experience in effective and masterful facilitation of leadership audiences a must. Required
  • 2 years of relevant experience Experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate live or recorded training in an instructor led environment. Required
  • CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - UNKNOWN Unknown Other certifications identified to teach specific content as assigned Upon Hire
