RN Nursing Professional Development - Nursing Education - Full Time Days Department: Nursing Education Schedule: Full Time Days, 8-hour shifts Hospital: This will require dual coverage at Henry Ford Providence Southfield and Henry Ford Providence Novi Location: Southfield and Novi, Michigan GENERAL SUMMARY: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates educational activities related to clinical areas for an assigned service line or population. Responsibilities: Collaborates with managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.\| Develops, implements, and evaluates educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.\| Serves as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice and professional development.\| Participates in the coordination and continuity of orientation programs. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing Required professional licensure at time of hire.
