  • Plan strategically by using broad latitude and independent judgment in collaborating with engineering, project management, and scientific teams to develop short and long-range strategies to meet current and future facility needs, execute technical and administrative goals, and ensure programmatic excellence, compliance, and risk management, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee financial planning and resource allocations for operations and project activities, developing and managing budgets and resources to meet key performance, cost, and schedule activities.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and technical contributor/leader on projects and assignments, providing strategic technical advice and solutions to highly complex, and sensitive problems, resolving conflicts, performing in-depth analysis of multiple factors, and developing, exerting influence, and gaining acceptance of innovative methods and technologies and project changes.
