Job Description

This is a hybrid role based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and will report to the Cyber Professional Services Team Lead.

What you will do

* Oversee all project/program activities - commercially and technically

* Act as primary contact for customer and commercial team

* Drive resolution for all open issues

* Frequently interact with others to build productive internal/external working relationships

Skills you have

* Be able to receive assignments in the form of high level objectives and determine appropriate steps forward

* Be able to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks associated with multiple project executing in parallel

* Be able to quickly drive effective resolution to customer escalations

* Be a mentor to peers, for PM technical and commercial best practice

• Bachelor's Degree
