Your Title: Technical Support Analyst

Job Location: Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO (Hybrid 3-4 days/week)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm PST

What You Will Do

The Support Analyst serves as the first point of contact for Trimble clients and partners utilizing Trimble's ProjectSight products. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-centric communication. You will escalate cases to a Product Lead when necessary, while remaining the main point of contact for our customers.

  • Communicate with users to resolve technical issues via phone, email, chat, and screen-share meetings.

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ProjectSight and related Trimble products and services.

  • Provide frontend troubleshooting for the web-based ProjectSight product.

  • Manage case workload through effective prioritization, troubleshooting, and escalation to meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building and maintaining relationships with diverse customers.

  • Document discovered solutions and troubleshooting for future use by customers and support personnel.

  • Provide occasional After-Hours Support (AHS) on a rotating basis, with compensation including a $200 weekly bonus and hourly pay for time spent.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Experience in a software-based Technical Helpdesk/Support role.

  • Experience troubleshooting browser-based software.

  • A strong desire to learn and "dig for the answers."

  • Excellent soft skills and reliability.

  • Prior customer service or help desk experience, with a preference for software support.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
