Job Details Job Location: Highland Park - HIGHLAND PARK, IL Position Type: Regular Full-Time Salary Range: $48066.00 - $48066.00 Salary/year Job Category: Staff Description Basic Function To serve as a Bank representative within the community and network with outside sources to develop new business relationships. Essential Duties 1. Develop relationships with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations within the surrounding communities and market the Bank's products and services. 2. Attend all Bank sponsored events. 3. Attend outside functions representing the Bank. 4. Attend community events. 5. Attend staff meetings as deemed necessary. Nonessential Duties Other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to identify and market towards business needs Diverse knowledge of business operations Well versed knowledge in banking products and services Strong organizational, planning and time management skills Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines Training & Experience High School diploma or GED Microsoft proficiency 1 - 2 years Sales and/or Marketing experience College degree helpful Compensation This is a fixed rate position that pays $48,066 annually.
