Supply Coordinator, Golden Valley MN

Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a Supply Coordinator to join our Golden Valley, MN team. The Supply Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the NA Supply Chain Team by maintaining accurate records and communicating with vendors and internal departments. This role is key to deliver world class results with exceptional customer service while modeling the Pentair Win Right Values.

You will:

  • Perform daily pricing and invoice updates across four ERP systems (SAP, QAD, JDE, SAP Hana) and maintain data in the spend cube.
  • Support Supply Managers with system data maintenance and updates on a daily basis.
  • Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable invoice discrepancies; update ERP systems and approve invoices as needed.
  • Manage supplier onboarding including validation, setup, negotiation of payment terms, and updates to banking and contact information.
  • Assist with RFQ processes by pulling drawings/samples and coordinating sample shipments to suppliers.
  • Submit PCOs, RFQs, and maintain sourcing data in systems; facilitate supplier engagement
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve PO delays, delivery issues, and other supply-related concerns
  • Provide compliance support, including validation activities such as Conflict Minerals annual reporting
  • Resolve supplier-related issues including shortages, price changes, invoice/payment discrepancies, and general inquiries
  • Manage and update supplier contracts in the database
  • Track and manage ongoing projects with key suppliers
  • Prepare monthly savings and inflation control reports
  • Analyze market pricing trends and update ERP/TM1 systems
  • Conduct cost analysis across all ERP systems
  • Support project transitions and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including delivery tracking, vendor contact research, certificate of origin reviews, and payment term negotiations.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP, QAD, JDE, SAP Hana).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Coordinator within Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of MS-Office Suite
  • Good communication skills.
  • Being able to work across departments and within an international team
  • Multi-tasking skills

Performance Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of ERP data updates and invoice processing.
  • Resolution time for supplier and AP issues.
  • Compliance with procurement and regulatory standards.
  • Supplier communication effectiveness and responsiveness.
  • Achievement of cost savings and inflation control targets.
  • Project tracking and reporting accuracy.

Schedule/Hours: Hybrid Mon - Fri, OT when needed. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay rate of $28.00 per hour. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
