JOB SUMMARY: The Global EHS Process Automation Sr. Manager leads the automation of EHS processes including the EHS IS platform (Enablon) and other EHS applications. This position provides business value to the enterprise by leading the development of electronic tools and applications to collect and analyze EHS data to identify root causes and system failures and use lessons learned to improve TENNECO's Workplace and drive towards the elimination of occupational injuries and illnesses and protect the environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is responsible for developing global safety processes under electronic platforms in support of the EHS Management System and supporting the implementation and roll-out of these processes/applications globally. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical leadership for the development, customization, testing, training and deployment of EHS electronic applications and tools such as Enablon, Enhesa and Pure Safety to facilitate the implementation of EHS Management System requirements and global data collection.
- Coordinate the design of new safety processes in EHS IS platform in support of TENNECO requirements and end user's needs.
- Understand various working environments and processes of global operations and propose and lead enhancements to existing processes to eliminate waste.
- Identify specific plant, divisional, regional, corporate needs for use in the development and improvement of electronic data collection tools to help in the implementation of TENNECO EHS requirements.
- Lead data management activities, global safety metrics process and trending analysis to guide global operations on EHS performance and opportunities.
- Guide and support the development of standardized reporting and dashboards using Enablon and PowerBI solutions, with key insights to communicate data-driven results of operational performance and alignment with the Global EHS leadership team.
- Facilitates global/regional forums for knowledge transfer and best practices sharing on EHS data metrics and analytics.
- Develop and deliver training materials in support of all EHS electronic applications and tools for site, region and global customers.
- Explore and facilitate the use of AI in the EHS space and allow users to obtain better insight from our EHS data.
- Lead a Global forum with site, region and global stakeholders to guide the continuous improvement of our process automation processes.
- Identify site, business unit, region, global needs to continuously improve our EHS electronic platforms and tools and drive customer satisfaction.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experiences
- 4 year degree (bachelor's degree) in engineering, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environment or equivalent
- 8 + years of experience with emphasis in managing EHS electronic platforms (Enablon, ETQ Reliance, Cority, Intelex, etc.)
- Recognized EHS certifications such as CIH, CSP, NEBOSH, etc. would be prefered
- Thorough knowledge of global EHS practices, EHS Management systems and international EHS Regulations.
- Proven experience working with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Experience working with AI tools to analyze EHS data
