Summary:

The Patient Engagement Specialist plays a key role in advancing a culture of patient-centered care by ensuring that patient voices are meaningfully heard, valued, and integrated into decision-making. This position supports the Patient Engagement Team by developing and implementing research initiatives, communication strategies, and messaging for both internal and external audiences. The Specialist will collect, analyze, and present insights from patient and care team experience data to inform organizational strategy and improve outcomes for both patients and care teams.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Minimum bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years' related experience in Communications, Marketing, Business or Healthcare preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of experience in marketing, communications, healthcare, or a related field required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
