Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator I to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn to run printing equipment, keep production moving, and help make sure every job meets our quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

* Set up, run, and monitor printing press equipment
* Mix and prepare inks so colors match job specifications
* Load paper, check sizes, and keep materials stocked
* Inspect products during the run to make sure quality stays consistent
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep machines in good working order
* Work with your team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines
* Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and others safe

Your Shift:
* Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 1:00pm

You Must Have:
* Mechanical ability and interest in working with machines
* Strong attention to detail with good math and measuring skills
* Ability to read and follow instructions carefully
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

We Would Also Prefer:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to see color differences and work with close tolerances

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
* Frequently required to move inside the facility
* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry)
