Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Used Parts Sales representative in Salem, Virginia. The Used Parts Sales is responsible for effectively selling used parts and service sales; negotiating prices; and responding to all customer used parts inquiries. Seeking candidates with previous experience in the Heavy Equipment industry preferred.
Requirements for the Used Parts Sales representative position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the Used Parts Sales representative job, including frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. As needed will be required to assemble Hydraulic Hoses as well as well as general parts warehousing functions. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
