Job Description Summary District Operations ManagerSunbelt's District Operations Manager equips our team for success by ensuring team members are empowered to make it happen for our customers.The District Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the stores within a district, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, dispatch, market share growth and penetration through developing community relationships and establishing a presence within the area and specialty market segments by working directly with the sales force. Education or experience that prepares you for success: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries 1+ years of Operations Management experience or related retail management experience Knowledge of construction equipment required Must be able to travel frequently Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system Project management Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $84,000.00 - 115,500.00 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
