Position Purpose The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the bank's IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating with various departments, and implementing best practices to support the bank's strategic objectives. Position Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bank's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Manage project risks and issues effectively.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the bank's data and IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and others.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL.
Working Arrangements
- This is a hybrid role expected to work in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be able to work remotely on Wednesday.
- Open to remote candidate's dependent upon prior experience - candidates within traveling distance to our headquarters preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $116,000 - $170,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
- Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
