Staffmark is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to yearbook advisers and internal teams. This role manages yearbook agreements, maintains accurate records, and offers technical and customer support throughout the design and production process. You'll ensure a smooth experience from setup to delivery, including website assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Pay: $20/hr | Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Responsibilities



  • Process yearbook agreements, update bookings, and create/activate Yearbook APOs
  • Maintain accurate records and support ongoing yearbook processes
  • Provide prompt customer support via phone, chat, and Salesforce
  • Assist with website navigation and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints, following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with sales, design, operations, and manufacturing teams
  • Support yearbook advisers through production, addressing quality and delivery concerns
  • Participate in process improvements and stay current on system updates and policies



Qualifications



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional with challenging customer interactions
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, balance, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
