In this role, you'll partner with product development and functional teams to design, deliver, and manage training solutions that build critical skills and support organizational success.

Pay Rate: $26.32/hour

Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - 4 days per week)

What You'll Do



  • Partner with engineering teams to identify training needs and align learning solutions
  • Plan, coordinate, and host in-person and virtual training events
  • Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Analyze training data and industry trends to recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate course materials, learning systems, and training records
  • Support ongoing L&D initiatives and communication efforts across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the learning catalog up to date



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years in learning & development, training, or project management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Experience with Ariba, budgets, and vendor management
  • Familiarity with training systems, HCM, or Degreed
